At the beginning of the semester, I got a 10.7 on my beeptest, the second time it was the 21 beeptest and I stayed in it for the whole time, I went up to 11 and then went 1 and rested one to 21. I think that is a good change in fitness. it basically indicates my physical and cardio improvement. I think when I try hard in P.E and the younger grades see it, it is a good influence on them and it encourages them to work more. I am always prepared for class besides one day that I misplaced my strip at school. Otherwise, I am always on time and ready to go. I think I contribute a good amount of leadership, for example: leading the basketball section in choices, helping set up in choices, etc... I used to play community football and I was very committed to it and I loved it but i couldn't play anymore due to a knee injury. Instead, I now started working out at the gym 5 days a week including cardio. Which is a good daily physical activity for me and for my health. My personal goals are to get into UVIC and get into business or maybe I will have a different choice by then.
